Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and coordinating transportation, deliveries, and pickups in accordance with schedules.
- Prepare and maintain accurate shipping and logistics documentation including delivery notes, invoices, and tracking reports.
- Coordinate with drivers, warehouse staff, and external vendors to ensure timely and efficient service.
- Monitor inventory levels and support stock control and warehouse organization.
- Update internal systems with shipment data and client information.
- Respond to client inquiries regarding delivery status, shipping options, and service support.
- Assist in resolving issues related to delays, damages, or discrepancies in logistics operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and UAE logistics regulations.
- High school diploma or equivalent; diploma or degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management is a plus.
- 1–2 years of experience in a logistics or supply chain role, preferably within the moving or transport sector.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; knowledge of logistics software is an advantage.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and time management skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work with internal teams and external partners.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with UAE logistics routes and procedures is preferred.
