Job Description

An IT Support Assistant plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of a company's technology infrastructure.   • Stay updated on the latest technology trends to provide innovative support solutions.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as an IT Support Assistant or similar technical support role.
  • Strong knowledge of hardware and software support with problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software is desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills to assist users and collaborate with IT teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively under pressure.
  • A proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies end user demands.
