The Role:

We are seeking an execution-focused Associate Product Manager to join our product team. This role is ideal for individuals eager to build their career in product management by learning from experienced product leaders while taking ownership of meaningful initiatives. You will support the full product lifecycle-from discovery and requirements gathering to delivery and adoption-while helping maintain a well-prioritized product backlog.

The Associate Product Manager will work cross-functionally to gather requirements, analyze customer and market insights, assist in defining product roadmaps, and ensure timely delivery of features. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, curious about customer needs, and passionate about creating products that make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Discovery & Research
    • Assist in gathering and analyzing customer feedback, usage data, and market trends to identify opportunities.
    • Support user research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions.
    • Translate customer problems into actionable insights and requirements.
  • Backlog & Roadmap Management
    • Partner with senior product managers to prioritize and refine product backlog items.
    • Write clear and concise user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams.
    • Contribute to roadmap discussions by providing insights on dependencies, risks, and opportunities.
  • Delivery & Execution
    • Collaborate with engineering and design teams during sprints to clarify requirements and resolve blockers.
    • Track progress of product features and ensure alignment with release timelines.
    • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate that deliverables meet defined requirements.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration
    • Communicate product updates and release plans to internal teams.
    • Support stakeholder engagement by preparing presentations, reports, and product documentation.
    • Work with customer success, sales, and support teams to ensure smooth rollout and adoption of new features.
  • Metrics & Impact Tracking
    • Assist in defining success metrics for product initiatives.
    • Monitor product performance post-release and contribute to iteration planning.
    • Help identify key learnings from product launches to guide future improvements.
Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a related role (internships or project experience are acceptable).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban).
  • Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Trello is a plus.
  • Exposure to wireframing, prototyping, or data analysis tools (Figma, Miro, SQL, Excel, Power BI, etc.) is preferred.
