Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Inside Sales Engineer specializing in HVAC core systems to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in HVAC systems, coupled with excellent communication and sales skills. As an Inside Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in fostering relationships with key clients, providing technical support and guidance, and driving sales growth. Your ability to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into customer-friendly solutions will be paramount. Responsibilities

  • Provide customers with technical support and sales guidance for HVAC products.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable HVAC solutions to meet them.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for market penetration.
  • Prepare and present technical presentations and sales proposals to clients.
  • Analyze market trends to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Liaise between the sales department and engineering teams to satisfy customer needs.
  • Manage and respond to client inquiries and requests efficiently and effectively.
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics and customer feedback regularly.
  • Participate in trade shows and industry conferences to showcase HVAC products.
  • Contribute to product development by conveying customer feedback and insights.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with industry regulations and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC sales or a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems and industry standards is essential.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to close sales deals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are critical for success.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is necessary.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer accounts efficiently.
