In the dynamic and fast-paced world of sales, the role of an Inside Sales Coordinator is crucial for bridging the gap between clients and the sales team. As an Inside Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for fostering positive client relationships, supporting sales functions, and assisting with the coordination of sales activities. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support the inside sales team's daily operations, ensuring efficiency.
  • Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries and sales support requests.

  • Prepare, organize, and handle sales documents, proposals, and presentations.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, calls, and other sales activities.
  • Collate and analyze sales data to improve sales strategies and performance.
  • Assist in lead generation activities to expand the customer base effectively.
  • Follow up on leads and inquiries to support the sales cycle progression.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure prompt and accurate responses to customer queries and requests.
  • Facilitate communication between clients and sales representatives seamlessly.
  • Provide administrative support in preparation for sales meetings and events.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an inside sales position or similar customer service role.
  • Strong proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for comprehensive sales support.
  • Positive attitude and ability to collaborate effectively within a team setting.
