As an Infection Control Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring a safe and healthy environment for patients, staff, and visitors within healthcare facilities. Your primary responsibility will be to develop, implement, and evaluate infection prevention programs and protocols. Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing, Microbiology, or related healthcare field.
• Certification in Infection Control (CIC) is preferred or ability to obtain it promptly.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in infection prevention and control roles.
• Strong understanding of epidemiology and infectious disease prevention principles.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Proficient in data analysis and interpretation for infection control trends.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams within the healthcare setting.
