Job Description

As an HR Recruiter, you will play a critical role in our company’s talent acquisition process, which is integral to maintaining and enhancing our workforce. You will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring talent that aligns with the organizational objectives and culture. Your expertise will guide potential employees through the entire recruitment process, from identifying skills and sourcing candidates to extending job offers. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills who can build and maintain relationships with both clients and candidates. You will work closely with various departments to understand their hiring needs, develop recruitment strategies, and implement them effectively to secure top-tier talent in a competitive market.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent efficiently.
  • Conduct job interviews and coordinate candidate evaluation with hiring managers.
  • Source potential candidates through online channels and recruitment databases.
  • Screen candidate resumes and job applications to identify qualified individuals.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and candidates to facilitate smooth hiring processes.
  • Coordinate the recruitment process end-to-end, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the requirements and expectations of job roles.
  • Maintain updated candidate records in the HR recruitment system for future reference.
  • Negotiate job offers and finalize contract terms with selected candidates.
  • Participate in job fairs and career events to broaden the company’s candidate pool.
  • Evaluate feedback and improve recruitment processes and strategies continually.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal human resource policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role in talent acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and various sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills for successful hire interactions.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight recruitment deadlines.
  • Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems, and candidate management tools.
  • Capability to handle confidential information and maintain professional discretion.
