Job Description

The HR Executive plays a critical role in managing an organization's human resources operations. This position is designed to serve as a strategic partner to the leadership team, while also offering support and guidance to employees at all levels. The HR Executive is responsible for implementing and overseeing HR policies, procedures, and initiatives that align with the company's goals. This role requires an individual who is adept at problem-solving and possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills. The HR Executive must be committed to fostering a positive work environment and cultivating a culture of continuous professional development. With a focus on recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and performance management, the HR Executive ensures that the human resources function supports the organizational objectives effectively.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract, retain, and motivate top talent.
  • Maintain payroll, benefits, and compensation systems to ensure legal compliance and cost-effectiveness.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
  • Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees.
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics and data analysis.
  • Manage employee performance and development plans to meet the organization’s objectives.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management by staying updated on relevant laws.
  • Promote a positive work environment and handle workplace issues with discretion and fairness.
  • Implement diversity, equality, and inclusion initiatives to enhance workplace culture.
  • Lead and support the HR team to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in human resources management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and compensation.
  • Proven ability to manage HR metrics and use them to influence business decisions.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • In-depth understanding of labor laws and HR best practices at local and national levels.
  • Experience with HR software and managing employee databases efficiently and securely.
