Job Description

The HR Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the Human Resources department and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of all HR-related tasks. This position requires a dynamic individual who possesses excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and an ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The HR Assistant is responsible for assisting with the recruitment process, maintaining employee records, and providing administrative support to the HR team. You will be the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees, so a friendly and approachable demeanor is essential. Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers or HR staff.
  • Maintain detailed records of employee data, including contact information and employment histories.
  • Prepare and distribute HR-related documents such as offer letters and employment contracts.
  • Provide support in onboarding new employees to ensure a smooth integration into the company.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits programs.
  • Update organizational charts and assist in the preparation of HR reports as needed.
  • Organize and maintain digital and paper employee records and ensure their confidentiality.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve HR processes and systems.
  • Coordinate and assist with employee training sessions and workshops when necessary.
  • Administer and monitor the company's HRIS and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Support the HR Manager in organizing various employee engagement activities and events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative or HR support role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with employees.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Basic understanding of labor laws and confidentiality obligations is preferred.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
