As an HR Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in the smooth operation of the Human Resources department, serving as a vital link between staff and management. Your primary responsibilities will include managing employee records, assisting with recruitment processes, and supporting various HR initiatives. You will also be tasked with handling inquiries and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations. An HR Assistant must be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update accurate employee records and HR databases regularly.

  • Respond promptly to employee queries and HR-related issues or requests.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.

  • Prepare and distribute HR-related communications, memos, and reports.
  • Manage office supplies related to HR department functions efficiently.
  • Participate in payroll and benefits administration and coordination.
  • Work closely with HR team to implement process improvements and initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Prior experience in a similar role or HR-related position is advantageous.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in all tasks.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and HR software systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with absolute confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Practical knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is desirable.
