Job Description

As an HR Assistant, you will play an essential role in supporting the human resources department by carrying out various administrative and clerical tasks. You will be at the forefront of handling employee requests and issues, maintaining employee records, and assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes. This position is perfect for a detail-oriented and highly organized individual with a passion for HR and a desire to contribute to the smooth operation of the HR department. Responsibilities

  • Assist the HR department in preparing and maintaining employee records and documentation.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews and meetings in the recruitment process.
  • Provide support during the onboarding of new employees, ensuring a smooth process.
  • Address and process employee queries, providing timely assistance and solutions.
  • Assist in the administration and planning of HR projects and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with HR staff to ensure clarity and consistency in communication and practices.
  • Maintain the HR database, updating employee information as necessary and with accuracy.
  • Prepare reports and presentations related to HR projects and performance metrics.
  • Support the implementation of HR policies according to company procedures and standards.
  • Foster a positive working environment through effective employee engagement activities.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive personnel information at all times.
  • Assist in organizing training sessions and seminars to support employee development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • At least one year of experience in an HR administrative role is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software such as HRIS or other relevant systems.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks involving documentation.
