Job Description

The HR and Recruitment Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping the workforce and ensuring the effective recruitment, development, and retention of talent within the organization. This position involves strategic planning and execution of HR initiatives that align with the company's objectives. The HR and Recruitment Manager oversees the recruitment process, develops policies and standards, and implements employee engagement strategies to create a productive work environment. This role requires a deep understanding of human resource principles, exceptional leadership qualities, and excellent communication skills to foster a positive culture and resolve conflicts. The manager must also stay updated with the latest HR trends and regulations to ensure compliance and efficiency in HR practices.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals.
  • Oversee and manage the full recruitment cycle, from job postings to onboarding.
  • Design and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Collaborate with departmental heads to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture through effective employee engagement initiatives.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations at all levels.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to employees.
  • Manage employee relations issues, including grievances and disciplinary actions, with diplomacy.
  • Plan and oversee training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
  • Analyze HR metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and report to executive management.
  • Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to promote a diverse workforce.
  • Manage the HR department budget and ensure effective allocation of resources.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in HR management or recruitment leadership roles within a similar industry.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and employment regulations across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Exceptional leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Proficiency in HR management software and applicant tracking systems.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
