Responsibilities

Requirements

• Must hold an active Nursing License valid .
• Bachelor's or Associate degree in Nursing from an accredited program is required.
• Minimum of two years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in home health care.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for patient and family interactions.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple patient cases effectively.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for home visits are required.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in varying home environments.
