What are we expecting from you?

Role

Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will play a strategic role by supporting teams in achieving their objectives and you will interact closely with key stakeholders including Retail, Finance, Training, CRM, Operations, and Marketing. You will lead the design, implementation, and reinforcement of performance culture across the region, supporting decision-making and driving sustainable business growth. To that extent, you will:

  • Oversee sales forecasting, consolidate reporting, and optimize performance dashboards across markets
  • Lead regional KPI development and tracking, ensuring alignment with HQ guidelines and relevance to local business needs
  • Provide strategic recommendations and performance insights to ExCo, Market Heads, and Boutique Managers at regional, boutique, and individual levels
  • Evaluate sales associate performance and develop tailored action plans in collaboration with Training and Retail teams
  • Manage commission schemes and propose necessary evolutions in line with benchmarks and market practices
  • Contribute to the conception and rollout of regional and international retail performance programs, considering local specificities
