What are we expecting from you?

Reporting To The Talent Director, You Will Act As a Strategic Partner To The Business By Implementing The Talent Acquisition Strategy Across The MEIAT Region (Middle East, India, Turkiye). Your Mission Will Be To Ensure a Consistent Pipeline Of Top-tier Talent, Drive a Strong Employer Reputation, And Deliver An Exceptional Candidate Experience Across All Touchpoints. To That Extent, You Will

• Define and execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify and engage exceptional talent across functions and markets
• Build and nurture a diverse pipeline of candidates to support both current recruitment needs and upcoming opportunities
• Lead the full recruitment cycle in line with group & Maison standards, champion Emiratization efforts and support initiatives such as Assessment Days
• Handle ad hoc requests including data reporting and analysis to support TA-related KPIs and decision-making
