Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of the manufacturing operations with effective leadership.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations within facilities.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, quality control, and logistics for process optimization.

• Manage budget and operational costs, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior manufacturing management role.
• Proven track record of implementing production efficiency and quality improvement initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and quality standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills for cross-department collaboration.
• Ability to analyze data effectively to make informed strategic decisions.
