• You will be joining a dedicated beach team and will report directly to the Beach Club Management team.
• You will take an integral part of the day-to-day operations of the restaurant to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience.
• You will be in charge of leading the team of hostess, managing and maximizing reservations, liaising with regular guests and ensuring immaculate personal presentation of the team.
• You will also be in charge of warmly greeting our guests, escorting them to their tables, farewelling at the end, responding to guest enquiries by email or telephone, by being well versed and holding a strong knowledge of the offerings in the outlet, you are able to convert enquiries into reservations which will assist in the outlet achieving their targets.
• Serving others is your passion, you will be ensuring the outlet is in immaculate condition and all service standards are adhered to by the supporting team members.
• You will also be in charge of ensuring the rest of the team is aware of upcoming reservations, special events and ensuring their knowledge is second to none and they are able to assist our guests in the best possible way.

• You are aware of revenue targets and ensuring these are achieved and exceeded, simultaneously all costs are controlled within pre-set budgets including beverage cost and other expenses.
• By taking part in a daily team briefing pre-service, you ensure you and the rest of the team are well informed of the daily happenings around the hotel as well as the upcoming service.
• During your daily routine, you liaise with other departments when required to ensure an immaculate presentation of your outlet and high standards of cleanliness as well as maintenance are upheld at all times including restaurant furniture, equipment, floors, fixtures and fittings.
• Along with your main duties you may be asked to complete other tasks as and when necessary.
• You may on occasion be required to adjust your hours of work to cover the operation needs.
• You acknowledge that working in beach club operations involves exposure to heat and sun, operating under pressure, and requires standing and walking for long periods of time.

• English is the primary language used in our beach club. You can comfortably communicate in this language. Other languages including Arabic, Italian, French, Spanish or German are highly desirable.
• You will have a University Degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years in similar position and bring a wealth of past experience working for luxury hotels and restaurants in the Middle East.
