Job Description

A Guest Service Representative (Arabic & English Speaking) is an essential part of a hospitality team, primarily responsible for ensuring guests have an exceptional experience. This bilingual role requires fluency in both Arabic and English to cater to a diverse clientele, offering personalized service and addressing their needs effectively. As the first point of contact, the representative must display professionalism and friendliness, maintaining a welcoming environment for all guests. The role involves managing reservations, addressing inquiries, and solving any issues promptly. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and a deep understanding of providing high-quality customer service. Working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, the Guest Service Representative will collaborate with various departments to ensure all guests have a memorable stay.


Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and provide friendly customer service throughout their stay.
  • Communicate effectively in both Arabic and English to assist diverse guests.
  • Manage hotel reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently and accurately.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance to fulfill guest requests promptly.
  • Offer information about available services, facilities, and nearby attractions.
  • Promote hotel amenities and upsell additional services when appropriate.
  • Maintain accurate guest records and document all interactions in the system.
  • Provide feedback to management on guest experiences and improvement areas.
  • Assist in emergency situations, ensuring guest safety and comfort.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and stocked with necessary materials.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction scores and implement strategies for improvement.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Arabic and English, with excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Prior experience in customer service or hospitality roles is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to connect with guests from various backgrounds.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Proficient with hotel management software and standard office programs.
  • Available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
