Job Description

The Guest Relations Officer plays a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction and enhancing the overall experience of guests. This position demands an enthusiastic individual who is capable of managing customer interactions with professionalism and warmth. Responsibilities

  • Greet guests upon arrival and ensure a positive first impression is set.

  • Coordinate with various departments to meet guest needs and expectations.
  • Promote the facilities and services offered at the establishment effectively.
  • Assist guests with check-in, check-out, and reservation procedures.
  • Gather feedback from guests to identify areas of improvement.
  • Provide concierge services by offering information and advice about local attractions.
  • Stay updated on the company’s latest services, promotions, and policies.
  • Facilitate smooth communication channels between guests and staff members.
  • Handle special requests and personalized services for VIP guests.
  • Ensure the guest area is tidy and welcoming at all times.

Requirements

  • Proven customer service experience in a hospitality or related environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for diverse guest interaction.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and multitasking ability.
  • Familiarity with hospitality management software is an added advantage.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor and appearance.
  • A high school diploma is required; a degree in hospitality is preferred.
