Delight International Facilities Management (DIFM) is hiring an HR Officer to support our HR Manager in handling day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance, and building a strong HR foundation for our diverse workforce.

🔹 What You’ll Do

Coordinate recruitment & onboarding of employees.

Maintain employee records, contracts & HR documentation.

Liaise with PRO for visa, Emirates ID, renewals & cancellations.

Track leave balances & absences in line with UAE labor law.

Support payroll inputs (attendance, overtime, WPS salary processing).

Assist in performance appraisals & training coordination.

Handle employee queries, grievances & escalate serious issues.

Manage staff logistics (accommodation, transportation, etc.).

Ensure compliance with UAE labor law & DIFM HR policies.

Prepare HR reports (headcount, attrition, visa expiry, etc.).

Maintain confidentiality of employee data & company records.

🔹 What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR, Business Admin, or related field.

2–4 years’ UAE HR experience (facility management preferred).

Knowledge of UAE labor law, WPS & immigration processes.

Proficient in MS Office; HRMS experience is a plus.

Strong English communication (Hindi/Tamil an advantage).

Ability to manage blue-collar workforce documentation & compliance.
