Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests warmly and provide personalized assistance to ensure satisfaction.
  • Resolve guest complaints effectively, ensuring issues are addressed promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate with various departments to fulfill guest requirements and enhance their experience.
  • Keep records of guest interactions and transactions in our database.
  • Provide guests with accurate information regarding services, activities, and any ongoing promotions.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating guest events and special occasions.
  • Prepare and manage feedback reports from guests and make recommendations for process improvement.
  • Train and supervise junior staff regarding guest service standards and operations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with repeat guests to promote loyalty.
  • Assist guests with special needs or requests to ensure accessibility and comfort.
  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and federal laws.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in guest relations or customer service preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor.
  • Ability to resolve conflicts and provide practical solutions promptly.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask efficiently.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is advantageous.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
