Job Title: Group Behavior Support Therapist (Part-Time – Per Session)

Job Description: We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Group Behavior Support Therapist to facilitate structured behavior support sessions for children in small groups. The ideal candidate will use evidence-based strategies to help children develop self-regulation, communication, social interaction, and problem-solving skills in a collaborative, play-based setting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and facilitate small-group behavior sessions (2–5 children per group)
• Implement structured activities to target social, emotional, and behavioral goals
• Use positive behavior support strategies to encourage participation and progress
• Monitor and document individual and group progress
• Collaborate with team members to adapt session plans based on group needs
• Maintain a safe, supportive, and engaging environment

Requirements:
• Background in Psychology, Special Education, Behavioral Science, or related field
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience working with children in a group or therapeutic setting
• Knowledge of behavior management strategies and group facilitation techniques
• Fluency in English with clear and professional communication; native or near-native proficiency preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills, creativity, and a team-oriented mindset
• Experience with children with autism, ADHD, or related needs is preferred

Compensation: Per session basis (competitive rates based on experience)
