The Mission

Design and run a world-class, always-on talent pipeline that fills entry level high-volume to senior roles—Sales Closers, Growth Marketers, AI Engineers, Customer-success pros, VAs—faster and better than any agency could.

What You’ll Own
  1. Global TA Strategy – forecast demand, craft EVP, build channel mix (LinkedIn Recruiter, niche boards, outbound head-hunting).
  2. Full-Cycle Execution – source → screen → assess → close; maintain < 10-day time-to-hire.
  3. Hiring Manager Enablement – calibrate scorecards, train interviewers, enforce SLAs.
  4. Process Automation – deploy and fine-tune ATS/CRM (Workable) plus AI screening, scheduling bots.
  5. Data & Reporting – deliver weekly funnel KPIs, CPH, DEI mix; iterate on evidence.
  6. Market Mapping – maintain live talent intelligence for digital-marketing, e-learning and SaaS verticals.
The Experience We’re After
  • 4 + yrs owning global online recruitment (exec to entry) for high-growth tech, Saas, or digital agency groups.
  • Track record filling 20 + reqs/month across digital marketing, sales, product, CX & systems & tech.
  • Mastery of head-hunting; can surface unicorns beyond job boards.
  • Fluent in ATS automations & AI tools (ChatGPT prompting, sourcing scrapers, video-interview AI).
  • Comfort negotiating comp in USD, GBP, EUR & AED; aware of EOR & contractor compliance.
  • Crisp communicator, metrics-obsessed, thrives 100 % remote and async.
