Full Stack Developer (225-703)

A Full Stack Developer is responsible for designing and developing fully-fledged platforms with both front-end and back-end functionality. This role involves working with technology and NoSQL databases, PHP frameworks, Node.js, and front-end libraries like React or Angular to build scalable solutions. The ideal candidate should possess a solid foundation in both front-end and back-end technologies, with a focus on building seamless and efficient user experiences. They should have strong problem-solving skills, be capable of writing clean and efficient code, and have experience working in an Agile or scrum development environment. Full Stack Developers are critical in the technology team and often collaborate with UX/UI designers, other developers, and product managers to translate ideas into innovative solutions that drive the company forward.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop both client-side and server-side architectures.
• Create and maintain databases and server systems for optimal performance.
• Develop front-end web applications using React.js, Angular, or similar.
• Build back-end applications and APIs with Node.js, Express, or similar frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and design applications.
• Write effective APIs for seamless integration across platforms and services.
• Conduct code reviews to maintain high code quality standards in the team.
• Identify and troubleshoot bugs and performance bottlenecks in applications.
• Ensure mobile-responsiveness and cross-platform compatibility of applications.
• Implement security and data protection solutions across the stack.
• Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies to influence future technology decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical experience required.
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role in tech companies.
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and familiar with frameworks like React, Angular.
• Strong proficiency with server-side languages, preferably Node.js and Express.
• Familiarity with databases such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL is necessary.
• Experience with version control systems, such as Git, in collaborative environments.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience in Scrum-based project management.
