Your Tasks:
Supervise and ensure smooth check-in and check-out procedures.
Coordinate and monitor payment transactions and billing accuracy.
Resolve guest complaints and claims promptly and professionally.
Lead and supervise front office team members, promoting a service-oriented work environment.
Utilize hotel management software and Microsoft Office programs to manage operations effectively.
Ensure operational efficiency and adherence to hotel policies and standards.
Collaborate with other departments to maintain seamless guest service.
Contribute to the development of new procedures and innovative service strategies.
Support training and development of team members to maintain high service standards
Plan and organize shift schedule and team tasks efficiently.
Demonstrated ability to manage teams and lead with a positive attitude.
What are we looking for:
Experience in a similar role with luxury background
High level of English and Arabic or Russian or Spanish
A friendly and sympathetic personality
Hospitality management education is a plus.
