Job Description

• Assist in welcoming and checking in/out guests with professionalism and courtesy.
• Provide accurate information to guests regarding hotel services, local attractions, and transportation options.
• Support the reservations process and assist with room assignments and guest preferences.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve minor issues, escalating matters to supervisors as needed.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and maintenance teams to fulfill guest requests promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable front desk and lobby area.
• Answer incoming calls and handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
• Uphold the hotel’s service standards and contribute to a positive guest experience.
