We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Front Desk Representative to join our team. As a Front Desk Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our company, ensuring our guests receive a warm welcome and exceptional service. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the image of our establishment by delivering professional and courteous service. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests promptly and furnish them with necessary information.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and address client inquiries professionally.
  • Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently by ensuring smooth processes.
  • Maintain guest records and transactions accurately in the system.
  • Provide information about the facilities, services, and attractions in the vicinity.
  • Handle customer complaints calmly and effectively to ensure satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to address guest concerns.
  • Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications in accordance with policies.
  • Ensure the front desk is neat, organized, and running smoothly at all times.
  • Monitor and restock office supplies and materials as needed promptly.
  • Support office management tasks such as filing, copying, and scheduling meetings.
  • Process payments and issue receipts accurately for services rendered.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification is required for this role.
  • Proven experience in customer service or front desk role is preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.
  • Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and reservation systems.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills for handling customer concerns and queries.
  • Professional appearance and attitude to maintain brand image and standards.
