Freelance Gulf Arabic Transcriber - Remote

Work Location: Remote/Work from home

Engagement Model: Freelance/Independent Contractor

Language Needed: Arabic (Gulf) and English

Estimated workload: min. 20 hours/ week

Expected project duration: 2- 4 weeks

Estimated project start: mid-October 2025

DataForce by TransPerfect is looking for Gulf Arabic speakers with great attention to detail and the ability to multitask to join our new Transcription project related to Artificial Intelligence technologies.

Your task as a Transcriber will be to listen to and transcribe audio files, following guidelines that will be provided to you.

Job requirements

• Min. High school diploma
• Idiomatic fluency in Arabic (Gulf)
• Advanced English
• Ideally located at Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Quatar, Bahrain or Oman
• Availability to work at least 20 hours per week
• Stable and reliable internet connection
• Excellent hearing and writing skills
• Proficient typing skills
• Ability to interpret and follow detailed guidelines
• Attention to detail
• Prior experience transcribing audio data or working on similar projects is a plus
• Strong ability to work independently and manage time effectively
