Holiday Inn Dubai Al Barsha is looking for an analytical and results-driven Revenue Manager to optimize pricing strategies, forecast demand, and drive profitable growth for our property. Perfectly located along the iconic Sheikh Zayed Road, Holiday Inn Dubai Al Barsha offers guests a seamless blend of modern hospitality and unbeatable access to the best of Dubai. Your day to day

Working as a Revenue Manager, you will ensure all team members are trained and maintaining Holiday Inns brand service style and behavior; you will ensure that all the revenue channels are optimized to maximize the opportunities. Youll have ambition, talent, and some essential skills. Were seeking someone passionate about creating great guest experiences for this vital role.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

• Develop and implement pricing and inventory strategies to maximize revenue.
• Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and demand patterns.
• Prepare accurate forecasts and support commercial planning.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Reservations to optimize results.
• Ensure compliance with IHG revenue management systems and practices.
• Provide insights and recommendations to the leadership team.
  
  

What We Need From You

Ideally, youll have some or all of the following competencies and experience were looking for:

• Proven experience in Revenue Management, preferably in hospitality.
• Preferably with IHG brand experience.
• Currently based in the UAE.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in revenue management systems and Microsoft Excel.
  
  

Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate insights effectively.
