Job Description

As a Fleet Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of our business operations, driving sales by forging robust relationships with potential and existing clients. Your primary focus will be on understanding the unique needs of fleet customers and providing tailored vehicle solutions. Engaging in proactive outreach and market analysis, you will identify opportunities to expand our market presence and achieve sales targets. You will work closely with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of products and customer satisfaction. Your role will require excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to negotiate and close deals effectively. Success in this position hinges on your ability to understand the competitive automotive landscape, adapt to evolving market conditions, and consistently deliver results that align with our organizational objectives.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with fleet customers to identify sales opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to identify new potential customers and industry trends.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective fleet clients.
  • Negotiate terms and agreements to close sales effectively with customers.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate the smooth delivery of fleet vehicles.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics consistently.
  • Provide tailored advice to customers on vehicle options and purchasing decisions.
  • Follow up post-sale to ensure a positive customer experience and satisfaction.
  • Report on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to management.
  • Attend industry events, expos, and seminars to network and gather intelligence.
  • Train and mentor junior sales staff as directed by management to build team capacity.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in CRM tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Proven track record of successful sales experience in a relevant industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships proactively.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market data.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is required.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Valid driver's license and the ability to travel as needed for business purposes.
