A Fitness Sales Consultant is a vital role within the health and wellness industry, responsible for driving sales and client engagement for fitness centers, gyms, and wellness facilities. Responsibilities

  • Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance metrics.
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to attract clients.
  • Coordinate with the fitness and management teams to deliver seamless service.
  • Conduct tours of the facility, highlighting key features and benefits.
  • Follow up with prospective clients through calls, emails, and meetings.
  • Participate in community events to promote gym services and programs.
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry trends and offerings.
  • Assist in the organization and execution of promotional events and campaigns.
  • Ensure all client data is accurately recorded and updated in the system.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the fitness or wellness industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required for the position.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, engaging personality are essential.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a sales-driven attitude.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Knowledge of fitness products, services, and membership programs advantageous.
  • High level of professionalism and strong organizational skills required daily.
