Financial Analyst (225-901)

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed financial analysis to support strategic and operational decision-making processes.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models and conduct variance analysis regularly.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
• Assist in budget preparation and ongoing budgetary control and forecasting activities.
• Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to consolidate financial information and deliver consistency.
• Assist in the preparation of presentations for board meetings, investor relations, and senior management.
• Conduct market research and explore investment opportunities to support financial strategy.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and auditing standards in all financial reporting.
• Monitor financial indicators to manage risk and make informed recommendations to management.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements in financial processes.
• Support the finance department in ad-hoc analysis and special project initiatives as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role in finance.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail in financial report preparation.
• Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear report presentation.
• Familiarity with financial software and accounting principles is preferred.
