Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a talented Finance Manager to join our team, reporting directly to the Finance Director. In this role, you will oversee the financial operations of the organization, manage financial reporting, and assist with strategic financial planning


Key responsibilities:

Financial reporting:

  • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports and statements, including monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financials, for internal and external stakeholders in accordance with IFRS and GAAP
  • Ensure compliance with accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards
  • Prepare accurate regulatory filings within specified timelines
  • Provide financial data for internal and external audits
  • Present financial reports to senior management

Financial Planning and Analysis:

  • Develop and manage financial models, forecasts, and budgets
  • Conduct financial analysis, identify trends, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making
  • Collaborate with departments and review departmental budgets and rack actual expenses against budget

Financial Operations Management:

  • Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions and maintain appropriate internal controls
  • Review and analyze financial contracts, agreements, and pricing structures

Financial Strategy and Decision Support:

  • Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to support the organization’s goals
  • Assess financial risks and develop risk mitigation strategies
  • Support business development initiatives by providing financial analysis and modeling


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
  • Chartered Accountant / CPA with 3+ years of proven post qualification experience with Big 4s or in a relevant position in services industry having client-side experience in handling Big 4 auditors is a must
  • Experience in managing Group Consolidation and External Financial Reporting in accordance with IFRS and GAAP
  • Advanced working knowledge of MS Excel and MS office suite
  • Advanced skills in financial software and tools
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills (English language is required)
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
