Finance Manager (225-707)

The Finance Manager plays a vital role in overseeing the financial health of the organization. Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures for the organization.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Oversee and direct the budgeting and financial forecasting processes.
• Coordinate and direct the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
• Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff.
• Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities within the organization.
• Manage and track the cash flow and financial commitments of the company.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out effectively.
• Supervise financial department staff including accountants and financial analysts.
• Assist in the preparation of presentations that provide insights into the organization's financial performance.
• Develop strategies to maximize profitability and reduce financial risks for the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required.
• Minimum of five years of experience in a financial management role.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and reporting standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective leadership.
• Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports and projections.
• Proficient in financial management software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation preferred.
