Main Responsibilities


Reporting to the Finance Department, you will be responsible for:


-Client Collections: Monitor payments, follow up with clients, and provide regular

reporting on outstanding receivables.


-Client Records Management: Register, maintain, and update client information across

Ykone’s platforms.


-Project Financial Tracking: Ensure full alignment between contracts, issued invoices,

and received payments.


-Invoicing and Platforms: Manage Ykone’s onboarding on clients’ tools and platforms,

ensuring invoices are properly uploaded and reached to clients when required.


-Client Finance Relations: Maintain effective communication and strong relationships

with clients’ finance departments to facilitate smooth collections and resolve any issues.


-Financial and Accounting Support: Assist with bank reconciliations, accounts receivable

monitoring, and management control tasks.


-Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements to streamline cash

collection and strengthen financial visibility.


Profile Requirements


-Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

-Proven experience in collections/receivables in Dubai (mandatory).

-Fluency in English (spoken and written). Knowledge of French and Arabic is a strong

plus.

-Proficiency in Google Sheets and financial tools (experience with ERP/CRM systems is

an advantage).

-Solid understanding of accounting and financial processes.

-Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage priorities effectively.

-Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate confidently with clients.

-Proactive team player with a problem-solving mindset.
