Selected Interns Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future organizational needs.
Collaborate with department heads to understand role requirements and create effective job descriptions.
Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
