Required Qualifications and Competencies:

• Proven experience in facilitation and training delivery.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to adapt to different learning styles and audience needs.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Proficiency in using technology tools for training delivery (e.g., Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint, QR codes, Mobile Applications, VR, AI, Gamification, Microlearning etc).
• A passion for learning and development.
• A creative and innovative mindset.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• English proficient and second language will be an advantage.
