Executive - Marketing Activation

Job Description

We’re looking for a hands-on, resourceful, and creative Marketing Executive to help bring our campaigns to life. You’ll support a variety of on-ground activations, partnership executions, and brand engagement initiatives — while also managing key administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, enjoys variety, and is eager to take ownership while developing both their creative thinking and operational execution skills. Strategic

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Strategize and execute creative on-ground activations to engage the community and promote the brand.
  
  

• Interact with people, conveying the brand message through dynamic and memorable experiences.
• Stay updated on UAE events, festivals, and trends to identify strategic opportunities for pop-ups and activations.
• Plan and coordinate the brands presence at various events to maximize exposure and engagement.
• Foster meaningful connections with the target audience by actively participating in community events and gatherings.
• Initiate conversations about the brand, creating a buzz through authentic interactions.
• Capture engaging content during on-ground activations for social media sharing.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative and shareable content that aligns with the brands image.
• Devise and implement effective strategies to promote the brand through pop-ups, ensuring maximum visibility and impact.
• Analyse and report on the success of on-ground activations, providing insights for future improvements.
  
  

• Daily contact with marketing team and partnership manager.
  
  

• PREFERRED : Bachelors degree in marketing or equivalent field.
  
  

• Demonstrated creativity in developing on-ground activation concepts that resonate with diverse audiences.
• Solid understanding of the UAEs cultural landscape, events, and popular trends.
• Result Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate the brands message effectively.
• Arabic is a must.
  
  

• PREFERRED : 4 years and above.
• MINIMUM : 4 years.
