We’re looking for a hands-on, resourceful, and creative Marketing Executive to help bring our campaigns to life. You’ll support a variety of on-ground activations, partnership executions, and brand engagement initiatives — while also managing key administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, enjoys variety, and is eager to take ownership while developing both their creative thinking and operational execution skills. You’ll gain valuable learning opportunities across campaign delivery, brand experiences, and real-world marketing operations.

Strategic

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Strategize and execute creative on-ground activations to engage the community and promote the brand.

Operational

  • Interact with people, conveying the brand message through dynamic and memorable experiences.
  • Stay updated on UAE events, festivals, and trends to identify strategic opportunities for pop-ups and activations.
  • Plan and coordinate the brands presence at various events to maximize exposure and engagement.
  • Foster meaningful connections with the target audience by actively participating in community events and gatherings.
  • Initiate conversations about the brand, creating a buzz through authentic interactions.
  • Capture engaging content during on-ground activations for social media sharing.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative and shareable content that aligns with the brands image.
  • Devise and implement effective strategies to promote the brand through pop-ups, ensuring maximum visibility and impact.
  • Analyse and report on the success of on-ground activations, providing insights for future improvements.

People Management

  • Daily contact with marketing team and partnership manager.

Qualifications

Education & Certifications:

  • PREFERRED : Bachelors degree in marketing or equivalent field.

Knowledge & Skill

  • Demonstrated creativity in developing on-ground activation concepts that resonate with diverse audiences.
  • Solid understanding of the UAEs cultural landscape, events, and popular trends.
  • Result Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate the brands message effectively.
  • Arabic is a must.

Experience

  • PREFERRED : 4 years and above.
  • MINIMUM : 4 years.
