Job Purpose

Administer general administrative support plans and processes to effectively meet complex information requests and determine complex trends, ensure smooth running of business activities and meet administrative needs in line with business needs, stakeholder requirements, Group guidelines and policies

Key Tasks


  • Administer general administrative support plans and processes for a department/ group of professionals
  • Deliver assigned analysis and steps for board department and/ or cross divisional projects and initiatives
  • Work with staff members of the committees/ boards/ departments to prepare for the meetings
  • Support coordination for meetings of the Group board of management, the supervisory board, steering committees and/ or corresponding committees
  • Take steps to achieve coordinated cooperation at the board department/ division/ Group at all levels
  • Gather information, data and trends to formulate concept and content of complex decision papers and presentations
  • Compile, analyze and present initial recommendations for key decisions
  • Provide input to develop process and quality standards in the relevant board/ department/ division
  • Use best practices, address recurring issues and suggest enhancements in administrative support processes and systems to increase effectiveness and efficiency
  • Provide interpretation at meetings or written translation of documents, or procure and oversee translations service provide

  • Explain facts, policies and practices related to job area
  • Support and interact primarily with colleagues of own sub-function
  • Develop a network of contacts to build up relationships and strengthen the organizational, product and market knowledge


Qualifications & Key Requirements

Education Level

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience/qualification

Experience Level

At least two 2 years
