As a Lead Mechanical Engineer specializing in Combined Cycle Gas Turbines (CCGT), you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing the performance of our CCGT power plant operations. This position requires a thorough understanding of mechanical engineering principles coupled with extensive knowledge of turbine technology and power generation processes. You will lead a team of engineers to ensure the efficient operation, maintenance, and development of engineering solutions to improve plant performance. Your role will also involve strategizing and executing projects aimed at enhancing the reliability and efficiency of mechanical systems within the plant. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline is essential.
• Minimum of ten years experience in mechanical engineering within CCGT operations.
• Proven leadership experience managing engineering teams in a power plant environment.
• Strong understanding of thermodynamics and fluid mechanics related to power plants.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and project management skills are required.
• Demonstrated experience with software tools used in turbine and plant analysis.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and standards applicable to power generation.
• Professional Engineering License or ability to obtain one is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.
