📍 Location: Dubai, UAE | 🌐 Projects: MENA, Turkey & Western Balkans

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Environmental & Social Specialist to join our Technical Services Team and help us uphold and enhance our ESG standards.

🔎 What You’ll Do:

•Coordinate and review Project-specific ESMSs and ensure alignment with IFC Performance Standards and best international industry practices

•Conduct due diligence of potential investment opportunities and support in the development of Environmental & Social Impact Assessments (ESIAs) of projects under development

•Oversee contractors’ performance on E&S obligations during construction and operations

•Support the design and implementation of social development and investment initiatives in local communities

•Act as a key point of contact with external consultants and different stakeholder groups including local communities

🎓 What You Bring:

•5+ years of experience in E&S roles, preferably within emerging markets

•Solid grasp of IFC Performance Standards and DFI E&S frameworks

•Proven experience in ESMS development, preferably in wind/solar projects

•Strong project management, cross-cultural communication, and stakeholder engagement skills

•Passion for sustainable development and a commitment to positive impact
