Responsibilities

  • Extract, clean, and organize raw data from multiple e-commerce channels.
  • Develop dashboards and data visualizations to inform stakeholders of key metrics.
  • Perform competitive analysis to assess market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Generate reports on sales performance metrics to guide inventory management.
  • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure their effectiveness.
  • Support pricing strategies through detailed sales and market analysis.
  • Present analytical findings in meetings with actionable recommendations for teams.
  • Collaborate with IT to ensure data infrastructure supports robust analytics initiatives.
  • Stay updated with e-commerce data trends and introduce innovative analytics tools.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in e-commerce data analysis.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).
  • Strong analytical skills with proven ability to interpret complex datasets.
  • Experience in customer segmentation and business intelligence is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills to present data findings clearly to stakeholders.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
