Driver

As a Driver, you will play a crucial role in providing safe and reliable transportation for company employees, clients, and materials. Your responsible driving, punctuality, and courteous behaviour contribute to the positive image of the company and ensure efficient transportation operations.

Responsibilities:

• Operate company vehicles in a safe and responsible manner, adhering to traffic rules and regulations.
• Ensure the safety of passengers, cargo, and the vehicle at all times.
• Provide transportation for company employees, clients, and guests to designated destinations as scheduled.
• Transport materials, documents, and goods as needed.
• Plan efficient routes to ensure timely arrivals at destinations while considering traffic conditions and road closures.
• Perform regular maintenance checks on the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
• Report any mechanical issues or maintenance requirements promptly.
• Monitor fuel levels and ensure the vehicle is fueled up as needed.
• Keep accurate records of fuel consumption and expenses.
• Keep the vehicle clean, both inside and outside, and presentable at all times.
• Maintain a professional and neat appearance while on duty.
• Provide courteous and respectful service to passengers and clients.
• Assist passengers with loading and unloading luggage or materials as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and other relevant information.
• Follow assigned schedules for pick-ups and drop-offs, ensuring punctuality.
• Adhere to company policies and safety guidelines to ensure a safe and secure transportation experience.
• Report any accidents, incidents, or violations to the appropriate authorities and the company.

• Valid UAE driver's license (preferably with passenger transportation endorsement).
• Previous experience as a Company Driver or in a similar role is advantageous.
• Excellent driving skills and knowledge of UAE roads and traffic regulations.
• Punctuality and reliability in meeting schedules and commitments.
• Professional and courteous demeanour when interacting with passengers and clients.
• Good communication skills to provide clear directions and respond to inquiries.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge to perform minor checks and address minor issues.
• Adaptability to changing schedules and routes.
• Familiarity with GPS and navigation apps.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages such as Arabic is beneficial.
