Job Description
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, foster engagement, and drive lead generation across all digital platforms.
- Leverage advanced AI tools and technologies to optimise digital campaigns, automate marketing work-flows, and deliver tailored customer experiences.
- Oversee the planning and execution of digital media strategies, including SEO/SEM, display advertising, social media marketing, and email marketing.
- Collaborate with external agencies and internal creative teams to develop high-impact digital campaigns that reflect the brand's luxury positioning.
- Lead the strategy and optimisation of digital platforms, including website development, UX/UI design, and content management, ensuring a best-in-class digital experience.
- Ensure seamless integration of digital platforms, CRM, data analytics tools, and emerging technologies.
- Analyse and report on the effectiveness of all digital marketing campaigns, utilising insights to drive continuous improvement and optimise strategies based on data.
- Bachelor's degree and Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, AI) is a plus.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, with a strong preference for backgrounds in luxury, or high-end consumer goods.
- Proven experience in applying and developing AI within marketing functions.
- Demonstrated expertise in all facets of digital marketing, including performance marketing, content strategy, and digital media.
- Profound experience in creative campaign development and agency management.
- Technical proficiency with a range of digital tools and platforms, including analytics, CRM, and marketing automation systems.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of driving high performance.
