Job Description

  • Review of contractual obligations and commitments for complex incentive contracts and build such computations into the incentive computation system
  • Prepare contractual payments in accordance with the terms of contracts
  • Review of contractual payments prepared by Financial Analyst
  • Act as prepare and approver role for incentive setup and adjustments
  • Provide guidance to stakeholders on complex deal structure
  • Ensure compliance with Visa’s accounting policy, US GAAP and SOX controls and timely and accurate accounting and reporting
  • Champion the creation and maintenance of high standards of financial discipline and accountability within the geography
  • Responsible for assigned reports or deliverables.
  • Own performance metrics and drive efficiencies through automation and improvement of business processes

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.



Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD



Preferred Qualifications

  • 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, accounting, mathematics, economics or related quantitative field.
  • 5 years work experience, preferably with an MNC with regional operations
  • Proficiency in financial software is necessary for efficient and accurate financial analysis and reporting.
  • Work with large amounts of data, the ability to analyze and interpret it accurately is critical.
  • Power BI, Power Query, Macro
  • Ability to lead, influence others and set direction
  • Meticulous, self-motivated, highly collaborative team player possessing a positive attitude.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, diplomacy, and a very upbeat customer-service attitude are essential
  • Ability to cultivate effective relationships and communicate effectively cross-functionally, with all levels of management
