Job Summary
The Director, Atlantis Global Brand and Kerzner International is responsible for leading the development and execution of brand strategy for the Atlantis brand portfolio, including Atlantis The Palm, Atlantis The Royal, Atlantis Sanya, and upcoming projects worldwide. This position serves as the global custodian of the Atlantis brand, ensuring alignment with Kerzner Internationals overall vision and strategic priorities while driving brand consistency, innovation, and guest engagement across all touchpoints.
Reporting to senior leadership, this role encompasses responsibility for spearheading strategic development and execution of global marketing initiatives for Kerzners operated properties including Bab Al Shams, Mazagan, and the emerging Rare Finds portfolio. The Director will collaborate with cross-functional teams and property leadership to bring brands to life through tailored initiatives, support new property openings, and leverage data-driven insights to optimize brand strategies for sustained growth and market relevance.
