Director And Manager - Data Science M F D

As a Director or Manager in Artificial Intelligence within the Intelligent Industry practice, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our business in the Dubai market. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our strategy and defining our ambition in the Middle East region.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Data Science Engagements: Lead and manage large, complex data science projects, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction by meeting business needs aligned with strategic objectives. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables with your team. Manage project teams, timelines, and budgets effectively. Provide your expertise and oversee the design, development, and deployment of solutions.
• Drive Business Growth: Identify, develop, contribute to and close data science opportunities within the Intelligent Industry sector. Cultivate strong relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders at client organizations. Lead and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and demonstrations to showcase our capabilities and solutions.
• Foster Innovation and Thought Leadership: Stay at the forefront of data science trends, technologies, and methodologies, such as Agentic AI for the Intelligent Industry. Develop thought leadership content, including white papers, blog posts, and presentations, to showcase our expertise and insights. Contribute to the development of new AI offerings and solutions for the Intelligent Industry.
• Team Leadership and Mentorship: Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of data consultants and consultant data scientists in the Middle East. Provide technical guidance, coaching, and support to team members.
• Contribute to Practice Development: Participate in internal initiatives to enhance our data science capabilities, methodologies, and tools. Contribute to recruitment efforts to attract top talent.
  
  

Qualifications and Skills:

• 10+ years of experience in data science, AI, analytics, or a related field, with a focus on the Intelligent Industry sector.
• 5+ years of experience in a consulting or client-facing role, with a proven track record of delivering AI solutions to clients.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related discipline. PhD is a plus.
  
  

Technical & Industry Expertise

• Hands on experience of shaping and delivering the AI or data science services and solutions that deliver the client’s vision, integrated across technology and business functions.
• A deep understanding of trends in the AI, data science or analytics market and how these are changing
• Proficiency in data science techniques, methodologies and programming languages. Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure is a plus
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in leading multi functional teams to shape and deliver AI solutions
• Strong business acumen and understanding of the Intelligent Industry landscape.
  
  

Languages & Mobility

• Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic is a plus.
• Experience in or strong interest in the Middle East industrial market.
