We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our innovative marketing team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about crafting strategy-driven digital marketing campaigns and using analytical insights to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital analytics, social media strategy, and content marketing, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will work closely with the marketing team to develop, implement, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. You will be responsible for increasing brand awareness, advocacy, and overall online reputation, as well as driving website traffic to acquire new leads. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to achieve company goals.
  • Analyze campaign performance and derive insights to improve future efforts.
  • Manage and optimize company website and social media platforms regularly.
  • Conduct keyword research to guide content teams and develop SEO strategies.
  • Create engaging content to drive audience interaction and brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
  • Monitor competition and provide suggestions for improvement and growth.
  • Leverage marketing automation tools to develop nurturing campaigns.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns, including design, content, and distribution.
  • Analyze customer behavior and adjust promotional strategies as necessary.
  • Calculate ROI and KPIs for campaigns and present insights to stakeholders.
  • Stay updated with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field required.
  • Proven experience as Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role essential.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, tools, and strategies.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, etc.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to read and interpret data insights.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration.
  • Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset and attention to detail.
