Job Description

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will spearhead our online marketing strategies and initiatives to propel brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth across various digital platforms. Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all digital marketing campaigns including SEO, PPC, social media, and email.
  • Analyze and report on web traffic, conversions, and performance of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Lead the creation of engaging and relevant digital content to attract and retain target audiences.
  • Collaborate with the creative and technical teams to align marketing needs with development efforts.
  • Identify trends and insights to optimize spend and performance based on data analysis.
  • Monitor competitors' activities and online marketing tactics to stay competitive.
  • Manage and guide the digital marketing team, ensuring alignment with the overall brand strategy.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels.
  • Develop and manage digital marketing budgets, forecasting expenses accurately.
  • Plan and execute all digital marketing projects to ensure timely delivery and meeting objectives.
  • Keep abreast of new digital marketing trends and ensure your strategies are up to date.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field required.
  • Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role is essential.
  • Expertise in SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and CRM software is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced digital environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a creative edge.
  • Experience with A/B testing and data-driven decision-making processes.
