Job Description

The Digital Marketing Executive plays a crucial role in the growth and success of our brand by developing and managing online marketing strategies. As a key member of our marketing team, this individual will harness their digital expertise to enhance our online presence, drive traffic to our websites, and optimize marketing campaigns for maximum customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of current digital marketing strategies and tools and will be passionate about delivering innovative campaigns that enhance brand loyalty and sales. They will collaborate with content creators, designers, and developers to execute effective online strategies while staying ahead in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to meet company objectives.
  • Manage and oversee various digital marketing channels, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging and effective marketing content.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize ongoing campaigns and activities.
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities and improve marketing efforts.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and touchpoints.
  • Work with the design team to ensure high-quality, engaging, and visually appealing digital content.
  • Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media platforms.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals.
  • Stay updated on the latest industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance with best practices.
  • Coordinate with other departments to achieve consistent brand messaging across all digital platforms.
  • Identify and implement new technologies and digital marketing strategies to improve customer engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field required.
  • Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation technology and tools.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and CRM software.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with different teams effectively.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to propose innovative digital marketing strategies.
  • Keen attention to detail and strong analytical abilities for data-driven decision-making.
